How to Use Your Customer Portal Access
Welcome to the Customer Portal to access and manage your Barbershop appointments. After you login with your customer account you’ll be able to see your existing appointments, reschedule or even cancel those appointments. If you would like to create a new appointment, you can select the service below and book your appointment.
New and Prospective Customers
You’re in the wrong place if you haven’t booked an appointment yet. Head to Barber John John’s Services Page to select the service or combination of services you are interested in and book your first appointment. That will create your account and you can come back here to manage your appointments.
Existing Customers: What is my password?
If you are a customer that pre-dates this portal, you’ll need to reset your password the first time. If you’ve forgotten your password, you need to reset your password use the “Forgot Password” link in the Login Form above. If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes, you can complete the form below and we will reset your password offline.
